ADMISSIONS

REGISTRATION

(1) College wide survey

(2) Registration Process

a) Complete all required courses.
b) Register on elohim.thinkific.com.
c) Fill out the Transcript Data Form.
d) The registrar will generate the Student Transcript Card.

(3) Student Data

a) Follow the PDP (Personal Data Protection) policy.
b) The maximum duration for M.A. (Theology) study is 5 years.
c) Students with "Incomplete" standing after 5 years will face "Suspended" status.
d) The committee will assess "Suspended" cases before removing student data.

(4) Student ID & ORCID

a) Student can request for issuance of an ID card for travel (immigration) purposes.
b) Students choosing to write a Thesis must have an ORCID.

(5) Scholarship awards

a) Students with good academic standings will be nominated for KC scholarship.
b) Annual batch of 12-15 students will receive scholarships to continue in KC.
c) A notification letter will be sent to the scholarship awardees.

TRANSCRIPTS

(1) Grades: A, B, C, Pass, Incomplete

Students who have been assigned an "I" (Incomplete) grade are eligible to participate in a re-assessment.

(2) Handling transcript related documents

Records like students' exam papers and faculty grade submissions should be kept on record for up to 5 years. After that period, they can be safely discarded.

RESOURCES

(1) Online Library Resources

The College intends to identify Theological Seminary partners or agencies with online library resources for student research needs.

(2) Upcycle Donated Laptops

The College community will back the initiative to upcycle donated laptops, aiding students in need of laptops to improve their access to online learning resources.

(3) Accreditation

We want to partner with non-denominational theological agencies to accredit King's College's online education in "Redeeming the Wasteland of Theological Education in Asia."

GRADUATION

(1) Gowns

a) Academic Gowns: Midnight blue gown with Crimson colours, Hoods/Bonnets
b) College Executive Gowns, King's College gowns and her colours

c) DAVT Ordination Gowns, Midnight blue gown with DAVT Ministerial stole

(2) Venue

The Graduation Committee will decide.
