Finding the right learning system for our culture is tough. We've improved in self-directed learning and our digital presence since covid. Our digital municipality aims to provide a flexible and interactive learning experience that combines traditional methods with modern technology. We offer resources and support services to ensure learners have access to tools they need to succeed. Our open-source contributor ID helps us track all the ideas generated through self-organised learning. Sharing our research promotes transparency and accountability, benefiting our team and the larger research community.
