A key makes no sense without the lock it opens. The design of the key is a clue to its purpose. The shape of its teeth is a clue to its assignment. What it was designed to do, and what it in fact does on a daily basis points beyond its function to its destiny - unlocking something that would otherwise remain locked and inaccessible.

(Hooker Sion, "Conversations on Life, Learning and Futures", 1963 out-of-print edition.)

Are you a misfit in a job you were never called to? Like a fish out of water? If the fish is sick, don't treat the fish, change the water. Those who stay in the glory places and zones of innate talent and default natural abilities will find that a key makes no sense without the lock it opens.

The design of the key is a clue to its purpose. And what you do daily is a clue to your destiny that cannot be separated from the context. Once the context changes, everything changes.

Like a spiral staircase, beginning with a body of knowledge derived from friends and family leading to precise self-understanding of what we are, apart from the hats (roles) we wear, our natural defaults are the created proclivities of the soul and the reason what we do best is also what is best for the world around us.

God has all the traits and our character springs from His glory zones and 'in Him we live and move and have our being.'.
