1.) That the DONORS are the sons and heirs of the late owner DIOSDADO DEMAFELIZ of a certain parcel of land known as Lot No. 2650-B ... situated at ... and more particularly described as ... TITLE No. T-158,839 being a portion of the land ... in Dumangas Cadastre ... situated (on the island of) Panay ... bounded by ... along the lines of ... containing an area of ...

(2.) That for and in consideration of the love an affection which the DONORS had for the DONEE, the DONORS by these presents, TRANSFER AND CONVEY, by way of DONATION, unto the said DONEE, his congregation and assigns, a portion of SIXTY (60) SQUARE METERS to be taken from the whole area of Lot No. 2650-B, free from all liens and encumbrances.

(3.) That the DONORS does hereby state, for the purpose of giving full effect to this donation, that they had reserved for themselves in full ownership sufficient property, to support, themselves in a manner appropriate to their needs;
